Attendance Rules

If you forget to sign in or sign out, leave class early or were signed by others, you will be considered absent.

Class Leave

• 傷、病、公、喪假外(傷病公假需提供證明)，其他請假假別(如事假)及無故缺席達3次(含)以上者則列入黑名單，將喪失參加本中心爾後2年內所有活動及課程之權利。
• Except for sick, official and funeral leave (please provide the appropriate documentation), if you miss class 3 or more times, you will be put on the Language Center blacklist and will not be allowed to register for Language Center activities/courses for the next two years.
  
• 公假如：擔任研討會工作人員、海外參訪、比賽等，需提供相關證明；參與活動、觀賽非屬於公假，若不確定是否屬於公假類別，請至語文中心詢問。
• Official leave: For serving as a staff of seminar, participating overseas fieldtrip or competition, etc.. Please provide the appropriate documentation. However, joining an activity or watching a competition may not be classified as official leave. If you are not sure, please check with language center.

Late to Class

 If you are more than 15 minutes late to class, you will be marked absent. If you are less than 15 minutes late to class but you do not sign in, then you will be considered absent.
