教學目標Teaching Purpose：

1.透過飲食與旅遊作品的導讀，開擴文學欣賞的視野，感受多元的人生體驗。

Through the reading of food and tourism works, we will expand the horizon of literary appreciation and experience a diverse life experience.

2.建立修習學生撰寫飲食與旅遊作品的基礎認知。

Cultivating the basic foundation of students writing on food and tourism .

上課規定 Course rules
簽到 Attendance Rules	未簽到／簽退／早退者／代簽者，視同缺席乙次。 If you forget to sign in or sign out, leave class early or were signed by others, you will be considered absent.
缺席、請假 Class Leave	除傷、病、喪假外，其他請假假別及無故缺席達3次(含)以上者則列入黑名單，將喪失參加本中心爾後2年內所有活動及課程之權利。 Except for sick, official and funeral leave (please provide the appropriate documentation), if you miss class 3 or more times, you will be put on the Language Center blacklist and will not be allowed to register for Language Center activities/courses for the next two years. 請假單下載路徑：語文中心網頁／下載專區／學生相關／課程請假申請單。 Download the Application Form for Class Leave: Language Center web/ Download/ Application For Class Leave
遲到 Late to Class	遲到15分鐘(含)以上視為缺席；遲到15分鐘內但未在當日抵達教室時補簽到者，亦視為缺席。 If you are more than 15 minutes late to class, you will be marked absent. If you are less than 15 minutes late to class but you do not sign in, then you will be considered absent.
