Attendance Rules

If you forget to sign in or sign out, leave class early or were signed by others, you will be considered absent.

Class Leave

• 可申請傷/病/公或喪假累計3小時不列入缺課，且需提供證明；上述假別超過3小時的部分或 其他請假假別(如事假)或無故缺席達6小時(含)以上者則不退還保證金。
• 公假如：擔任研討會工作人員、海外參訪、比賽等，需提供相關證明；參與活動、觀賽非屬於公假，若不確定是否屬於公假類別，請至語文中心詢問。

• 請假單下載路徑：語文中心網頁／下載專區／學生相關／課程請假申請單。

• 請假流程：填寫請假單--附證明文件(公病假)--授課教師簽名--語文中心，請於請假日期後2週內繳交至語文中心。

Late to Class

 If you are more than 15 minutes late to class, you will be marked absent. If you are less than 15 minutes late to class but you do not sign in, then you will be considered absent.
